South Africa's Constitution guarantees every citizen divine rights—dignity, freedom, equality, and justice. But today, the ruling government is compromised, and our sovereignty has been removed by CAPITUS DIMINISHES NUTIO MAXIMUS.

The Plebeian Tribunal, an ancient and constitutional institution, is our legal safeguard to restore justice and protect our rights.

This presentation explains how the Tribunal works and why it's essential for South Africa's future.

The Constitution is Supreme Law

2 / 12

The Constitution of South Africa is the highest law of the land and a binding international treaty on ALL signatories and Entities

It guarantees your fundamental rights in Chapter 2, including dignity, privacy, freedom, and equality

All government bodies must obey the Constitution or their actions are invalid

The Hierarchy of Law and Government

3 / 12

The Constitution is structured by order of precedence:

Subsequent Chapters
Chapter 3: Government Organs
Chapter 2: Your Individual Rights

Chapter 2: Your individual rights come first.

Chapter 3 and beyond: Government organs exist to serve and protect those rights.

If government organs fail or act unlawfully, the Constitution provides a corrective mechanism.

Section 34 and the Plebeian Tribunal

Note:

"ARTICLE 34" is an internal reference number assigned by the International Cultural Tribunal for World Plebeians. In the South African Constitution, this is formally known as Section 34 of Chapter 2.

Section 34 of Chapter 2 of the Constitution recognizes the Plebeian Tribunal

This Tribunal is an ancient legal institution designed to protect the people when government fails

The Tribunal already exists by law and does not need to be created

It is automatically activated when government organs are compromised

Current Crisis – Government Compromise

5 / 12

Our government organs are compromised because:

The South African Reserve Bank is privately owned, not controlled by the people

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basel, Switzerland controls our monetary policy

Parliament has failed to act against this corruption and injustice

This means government actions are ultra vires (beyond their legal power)

What Does Ultra Vires Mean?

6 / 12

Ultra vires is a Latin term meaning "beyond the powers."

When government acts outside its constitutional authority, those actions are ultra vires

Ultra vires actions are legally invalid from the moment they occur

When government organs are compromised by private interests, all their actions become suspect

The Plebeian Tribunal is the constitutional mechanism to declare and remedy these ultra vires actions

The Plebeian Tribunal's Role

7 / 12
Plebeian Tribunal Role

The Plebeian Tribunal serves as the voice of the people when government fails:

Holds corrupt officials accountable for constitutional violations

Restores sovereignty to the people of South Africa

Protects individual rights from government overreach

Issues binding orders to restore constitutional order

Your Divine Rights Come First

8 / 12

The Constitution recognizes that your rights are divine and inalienable:

Dignity - Your inherent worth as a human being

Freedom - Your right to live without undue restriction

Equality - Your right to equal treatment under law

Property - Your right to own and control your possessions

Government exists to serve YOU, not private interests.
